Does 2010 Visio Professional have a "tape measure" tool like in earlier versions? If so, how do I acccess it?

Do you mind explaining "tape measure" tool more detailed?

I suppose you are searching for the "Size and Position Window", If yes, please try to enable it with this path: View->Task Panes->Size and position.

Next, or you want to find the shape Controller Dimension, like wall/door...There templates are available in Visio 2010 Professional version.
